蓝天，大海，阳光，沙滩，当然还有美女了。还是很怀念去年在海南和广西的日子，做一张海水的图片来纪念一下那美好的日子吧！新建立一个文档，然后填充背景为黑色，新建立一个图层。执行云彩滤镜，然后执行分层云彩滤镜，效果如下。
